Favorite type of project

Any project in which there are people to bring together, straighten out and push them in the right direction I feel I can truly shine. No matter whether it is in a large organisation or a small IT focused company. My curiosity helps ensure that I figure out the problems your organisation faces in addition to allowing me to see the different perspectives so I may better understand each individual.

Experience

  • Municipality of Rotterdam: 2+ years working as product owner with a scrum team, business consultant and architect. Developing a document management solution. Involved in: Organising stakeholder meetings, sharing release notes, building road maps, sprint planning, etc. 
  • Telecom and IT provider for SME: Project manager for multiple IT implementations at SME’s. Working with an IT Engineer to implement and facilitate the transfer of an old system to Office 365. 
  • Booking.com: Creating an onboarding experience for the new hires of an accommodations business unit. Working together with global onboarding, HR, Learning & Developing new programs, trainings on top of an up-to-date online training centre.
  • Knowledge Base IT Company: Working as a business (sales) consultant. Creating business cases, demos as well as training the customers. In addition to this I helped implementation processes through the retrieval of information and open communication with the employees.
